At Ice: Muslim Marriage we are fully committed to the safety and protection of children. Our platform is designed exclusively for adults over the age of 18. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Age Restriction
Ice is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Our onboarding process includes an age confirmation step, and we reserve the right to take action against accounts found to be misrepresenting their age.

2. Reporting Concerns
Users can report suspicious or inappropriate behavior directly in-app. Additionally, any concerns related to child safety can be reported via our contact us page here.

Our moderation team investigates all reports swiftly and thoroughly.

3. Moderation and Prevention
We proactively monitor activity using automated tools and manual review to detect and block any content that violates our safety guidelines, including CSAE content.

4. Legal Compliance
We comply with all applicable child protection laws in the regions we operate. We cooperate with law enforcement and child safety organizations when necessary, and we report any verified instances of abuse or exploitation to the appropriate authorities.
