1. Introduction
Welcome to Ice (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and the services provided through it. By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct
By using the App, you agree to:

  • Respect Others: Engage with other users respectfully and in accordance with Islamic values.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information you provide is true, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Use the App Lawfully: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.

You agree not to:

  • Engage in Harassment: Send unsolicited or inappropriate messages or engage in any form of harassment.
  • Misuse the App: Use the App for any purpose other than seeking marriage or violate any rules set by the App.
  • Impersonate Others: Create an account under a false identity or provide misleading information.

4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the community.

5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

If you choose to delete your account, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with the process and timeline described in our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal or legitimate business retention requirements.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

  • Subscription Fees: Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan.
  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, or one-time) depending on the plan you choose.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

7. Tokens (referred to as Ice Cubes)

  • Purchasing Tokens: You may purchase tokens within the App to unlock additional features, such as sending game requests or unlocking profiles. For example, but not limited to:

    • In Chilled Mode, you can spend an Ice Cube to send interactive game requests like Connect 4 or Hangman, helping you break the ice in a fun, low-pressure way.

    • In Melting Mode, Ice Cubes can be used to unlock profile from temporary photos (“melts”) before they expire in 24 hours, adding a dynamic, story-driven element to your browsing experience.

  • Token Usage: Tokens are non-refundable and must be used within the App. They do not have any cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, trademarks, and features available through the App are the property of Ice or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ice harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
